In Australia, locals award businesses based on their service and contribution to the local community. For this particular award, an independent panel of judges finalizes the winner based on local’s vote for the business, the information provided by the business, and anonymous visit.

Advance College CEO Puspa Aryal Ghimire said the award encouraged the college to continue providing even better-quality education in the days to come. Eight plus years old college has its own nursing agency to help its graduates find jobs after completing their training.

Nepalese community has significant involvement in the Australian aged and disability care sector. Most Nepalese international students and migrants choose the aged and disability sector for their starter work in Australia. Substantial Nepalese community members are opting for Registered Nurse as a career after their settlement in Australia. Advance College is one of the renowned aged care training provider colleges in the Nepalese Community.
