Advance College, an RTO in Sydney won Inner West Local Business Award 2022. This is the third time the college awarded by this local award. The award announced on 19th July 2022, and there were 60 participants in education service category providing service in Sydney’s Inner West area. Burwood based college is promoted by Nepalese entrepreneurs.
Puspa Aryal Ghimire, CEO of the Advance College said, ‘this award is the achievement of hard-working teamwork even during the hard times of the last three years.’ The college has good image in Sydney based Nepalese community with a positive impact in the aged care service industry.

For this Inner West Local Business Award – 2022, an independent panel of judges finalized the winner based on local’s vote for the business, the information provided by the business, and anonymous visit.
Advanced College is in operation more than 9 years now, providing short skill courses such as aged care and disability care. Aged Care and Disabilities courses are very popular among Nepalese newcomers as they see job opportunities through their personal network. Many Nepalese community members are in Aged and Disability Care as an employee as well as service provider.
