Technical training is required for this but you also get to work in a laboratory and the role is basically that of a scientist. Nursery Worker:

This is for those who want to start something on their own and want to start from scratch. You can choose between nursery worker and plant care worker. The latter is in a more regulated environment and there is more job stability.
