For becoming an enrolled nurse you need to do a diploma course that is of vocational nature and you also are required to go through practical training which gives a good on the job experience. Thus your practical competency gets a good boost.

You need to be very compassionate and have a will to help people. But at the same time, you need to keep your emotions in check. Duties as a Nurse

Your duties will involve following the orders and instructions by the doctor. Taking a regular check-up of the patient making sure of their general wellness and as instructed by the doctor. Tasks like collecting blood samples will also form a part of your workday.
