The difference between the two is the nature of training. Both the ways are good for making a career in the field, however, there are some procedures that an enrolled nurse can only do under appropriate supervision which is not the case for a registered nurse. This is because the latter receives a more technical education.

For becoming an enrolled nurse you need to do a diploma course that is of vocational nature and you also are required to go through practical training which gives a good on the job experience. Thus your practical competency gets a good boost.

You need to be very compassionate and have a will to help people. But at the same time, you need to keep your emotions in check. Duties as a Nurse

Your duties will involve following the orders and instructions by the doctor. Taking a regular check-up of the patient making sure of their general wellness and as instructed by the doctor. Also, you are required to assist them in activities as required. Sometimes personal nurses are also required to take care of the personal hygiene of the patients. Tasks like collecting blood samples will also form a part of your workday.
