1. Documents like passports, visas

You have to carry a passport with student Visa, birth certificate, original mark sheets, a copy of offer letter from University, an acceptance letter from the University, accommodation letter from a hostel, dorm. And don’t forget to carry photocopies of these documents. 2. Personal items

Carrying smartphones, laptops, driving license will be a great help to you immediately after arriving at the airport. You can make calls straight away to your parents, relatives. With the driving license of Nepal, many states in Australia allow you to drive around for some months before you acquire Australian driving license. 3. Items restricted to carry

While packing you need to keep in mind about the goods allowed to ship into Australia. Do not pack sharp items like scissors, knives on your luggage. You are allowed to carry only one liter of liquids, aerosols or gels. To carry more than the prescribed limit if it is for medicinal purpose, a prescription from a medical practitioner is required. In a case of any confusion, you can check online also. It’s not a good idea to bring Agro/Meat products from Nepal.

4. Clothes

Last but not the least is clothing items. Summer lasts from December to February when the temperature reaches to 30-degree Celsius while Winter is on from June to August. Do some research on the climate while you are moving and pack only those clothes you need upon arrival. The rest of clothing can be bought here in the Australian market as well.
