After another long break Nepalese Embassy Canberra got head of the mission. New Nepalese Ambassador assumed his role in Nepalese Embassy Canberra. But Nepalese community has very few hopes from him as piles of regular stuffs that will not get a way to be solved in his period.
Nepal has very bad reputation on appointing Ambassadors, Nepalese political party which leads the government appoints ambassador based on their leader’s petty interest. That is one of the prime reason Nepalese ambassador can not perform their duty in the interest of Nepalese living in Australia. Most of them spend their period in Australia as holiday trip, community members generally allegedly complain.
Mahesh Raj Dahal, the newly appointed ambassador for Australia, has arrived in Canberra to lead the Nepalese mission in Australia. ‘…Australia arrived in Canberra on Saturday, 09 November 2019, and assumed his duty at the Embassy’ a social post from Embassy of Nepal Australia reads. Dahal today had an introductory meeting with Kate Logan, Chief of Protocol of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Australia, at her office.
