Australian Capital Territory (ACT) government invited candidates claimed 65 points on Canberra Matrix before July 2019 for state nomination. Invitation round took place on 27 September 2019, sent state nomination invitations to candidates submitted 65 points on Canberra Matrix on or before 1st July 2019. On that round ACT government invited 124 candidates to apply for state nomination for subclass-190 visa.
Canberra invited 341 candidates to apply for state nomination on the month of September. First-round took place on 2 sent 111 invitations; second round on 17 generated 106 and the third round took place on 27 invited 124 candidates for state nomination. Subclass-190 is a state nominated point-based skilled migration visa that permits candidates to live and work in the state permanently. Once nominated and granted visa candidate would have to live and work at least for two years in the state.

Matrix Range for September
As Canberra invites candidates through its newly executed nomination selection system Canberra Matrix, the matrix range for the month was ranged 120 highest to lowest point 70. As migration Canberra website mentions the Canberra Matrix invited 65 point scorers on 1 July 2019, it’s a green signal for students studying and living Canberra.
