The American Diversity Visa Lottery 2022 (2022 DV lottery) result has been published last night. The US Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs has published the 2022 DV lottery result at noon (EDT) on May 8, 2021.
The DV-2022 registration period was between October 7, 2020, to November 10, 2020. The US Department of State asked people who entered their application for the 2022 DV lottery to keep their confirmation number safe till September 30, 2022. This is the first round of the 2022 DV lottery result. Those who applied for the 2022 DV lottery last year still have a chance to be selected in other rounds.

Those who have applied for the electronic DV from October 7, 2020, to November 10, 2020, to make their American dreams come true can check their name through https://dvprogram.state.gov/. Thousands of Nepalis have already gone to the US through the DV lottery. Successful candidate on such DV lottery would get a chance to get into the USA with permanent residency status which is commonly called a green card.
DV lottery programme makes up to 50,000 immigrant visas available annually for the countries which have low rates of immigration into the United States, according to the US Department of State.
