Good News for those who want Australian PR. The New South Wales Government is organising migration seminars to give clarity on migration pathways for prospective skilled migrants as well as businesses. NSW Government’s 2025 NSW Skilled Migration Seminars will be held in different state cities, so many can make it. The series of seminars will give the latest updates on Australia’s migration pathways. Investment NSW said this seminar series is a vital series of events designed to provide clarity and insight into the evolving migration landscape—tailored specifically for NSW.
“Following the Department of Home Affairs’ key announcements on 7 December 2024, we’ll unpack the key changes to employer sponsored and state nominated visas,’ Investment NSW statement reads. The series will cover updates on the new National Innovation Visa, the Skills in Demand (subclass 482) visa, and pathways for businesses to recruit skilled migrants.
Why you should attend these seminars?
These seminars in different cities would give you Government Insights on skilled migration. Seminars are an opportunity to get first-hand information from the NSW Government on the NSW Skilled Migration Program and Local Government and key stakeholder initiatives.
Seminars will have Expert-Led Discussions, where you can meet and get ideas from the Department of Home Affairs’ Business, Industry and Regional Outreach (BIRO) representatives. They would present a comprehensive overview of skilled visa pathways from the Department’s side. Practical Industry Guidance is also a take-home point through the seminars for migration agents and industry leaders. Experts from the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) will share migration professionals’ perspectives and give ideas on support available for businesses and prospective migrants.
If you have any questions regarding state nomination and skill migration, this is the perfect opportunity to ask. There will be a panel of experts, including representatives from the Department of Home Affairs, the NSW Government, and the Migration Institute of Australia to answer you.
