Uni Students to Compulsory Pass Sex Consent Module to Enter Universities

In order to spread knowledge about sexual consent and avoid disputes due to lack of knowledge, the universities in Australia have come up with a sex consent module that has to be passed by each and every student in Australia while taking admission in the universities. The sex consent module will be using stick figures to display various consents and what should be, what should not be taken as sexual consent.

The sex consent module will be done by all universities across Australia including the University of Sydney and the University of South Australia. Epigeum’s Consent Matters online education module, developed by academics in the UK and Australia, is designed to help students understand sexual consent. University of Sydney website has stated that all the students looking for admissions will be required to pass the module. In addition to this, UniSA, Flinders, and Adelaide University students also will be encouraged to complete the course.
